What occasions can we book NAJS for?

Anything worth celebrating. Weddings, christenings, milestone birthdays, Christmas parties, divorces. We are at our best with parties of up to 200 guests, but the sky is the limit.

Do you only do events in Munich?

No. Munich is our home, but we are happy to pack our bags. With the right planning and enough lead time, we will go with you to Paris or Egypt too.

Can we take care of parts like the venue or decor ourselves?

Of course. You can also book us for individual parts only. If we take care of everything, though, we can usually make you the better offer. If you bring your own venue or music, we coordinate closely so that everything fits together in the end.

Which venues do you offer?

Any venue that can be booked :) We work with a few regular partners, but for every event we look again for what suits you. What is possible in the end is usually a question of budget.

How early should we get in touch?

As a rule of thumb, two months ahead. The bigger and more elaborate the event, the earlier. If it needs to happen faster, ask anyway. Sometimes more is possible than you think.

What information do you need for a first conversation?

Three things: how many guests you expect (roughly), a rough idea of the place and your budget. The last one matters most. If you tell us how much you have to play with, we can advise you accordingly.

How do the offer and budget come together?

First, you fill in our enquiry form with as much information as possible. The rest takes shape in a personal conversation with you. We listen, ask questions and then put together what suits your occasion and your budget. We don’t do off-the-shelf packages.
